When you created a project from a different country website apart from the address provided in your shopping cart, you could possibly receive an error 'Cross-border shipping is not available'. If you would like to ship within a specific country (Eg. Canada), you would be required to create the project from the online editor in Photobook Canada.
If you require the project to be transferred to the correct shipping country, please reach out to our support team by providing us with your project URL (refer to sample picture below) and we will be happy to assist further by transferring the project to the correct country so you can proceed to place your order accordingly.
