How do I reorder a book?

For Online Editor:

To reorder previous projects created through the website, log in to your account online. Go to your 'My Orders' under My Account



If you wish to make changes:

1) Locate the order you wish to reorder and click on Duplicate.



2) A copy of the previously submitted project will start to load and you can then edit and save it to find in My Projects later.

3) Complete your changes, then follow the prompts of the online order form and proceed to place your order again, and use a promotion/voucher code if you have.

If you do not need to make changes:

1) Locate the order you wish to reorder and click on Reorder:

2) The project will be put in the cart immediately without the design being loaded. Follow the prompts of the online order form and proceed to place your order again and use a promotion/voucher code if you have.

You will be given a brand new order number.

To reorder previous projects created in our downloaded Photobook Designer software, you may proceed to open your Photobook Designer, then click on Existing Project, click once on your project.



Then click on Duplicate Project button to reorder the project.



Please create a new project name for the duplicated project before reordering.
