Project deletion is based on a 180 days after creation date / last saved. If a project has been edited on the 30/90/179 day, the project would be extended by another 180 days of the last saved date.
Example:
- If a project was created on 2023-01-01, 180 days deletion date would mean 2023-06-30.
- If a project has been edited on 2023-03-01, 180 days deletion date would mean 2023-08-28.
Creation date does not change. Last Edited date changes according to the last saved date and will change the deletion date. Description format to be displayed: Will be Deleted by: YYYY-MM-DD
