Unable to redeem code. Please remove the existing code before applying new one.

Our cart would have the current promotional code added by system automation as default following the below sample screenshot :

If you have a voucher code that you would like to redeem for your order, please remove the current code by clicking the Remove button and key in your voucher code in the Voucher Code box below :

If you do not remove the default code and tries to redeem your own voucher code, the system will prompt with the following message that states 'You can apply only one voucher code per item. Please remove the existing code before applying a new one' (refer sample screenshot below) :

Once the default code has been removed, you will be able to add in your code successfully without an error (sample shown below) :

You may then proceed to click the Apply button to proceed to the next page.  Hope the above information helps.
