Can I extend my voucher codes?

Yes, you can, as prepaid voucher codes are extendable 7 days before their expiration. For example, if the code expires on 31st July, you can extend it between 23rd and 30th July.

To extend the voucher, sign in to your Photobook account, click on ‘My Vouchers’ in the left panel, then select ‘Active’ to find the voucher you wish to extend. Click ‘Extend Voucher,’ and a dialogue box with two options will appear. Select ‘Extend.’

Note: The ‘Extend Voucher’ feature is only available 7 days before the expiration, and the system will automatically extend the voucher validity by 21 days. Please refresh your page to view the updated expiry date.
