I get error messages after checking my project when I’m about to place my order. How do I fix them?

Here is a list of errors you may encounter:

Non-Critical Errors

  1. Missing Text Box
  2. Missing Picture Box
  3. Low-Quality Picture


The first two errors may occur if an image covers the text or picture box.


The Low-Quality Picture error can be ignored if it looks acceptable in Preview. However, it may appear slightly grainy or pixelated.


Perform an overall preview to ensure the affected pages look fine. If satisfied, you can ignore these issues by selecting the "Critical Errors Only" box and proceeding to checkout.


Critical Errors

  1. Text Overflows Box
  2. Missing Image


To fix "Text Overflows Box":
Navigate to the affected pages, double-click the text box, and ensure there is enough space for the text. Remove any unnecessary blank paragraphs caused by pressing "Enter" too many times.


To fix "Missing Image":
Right-click the placeholder image, select "Find Picture...", locate the missing file, and click "Yes."
