How to upload photos using mobile browser?

We strongly recommend downloading the Photobook App to start designing your project before placing an order. Alternatively, you can use your mobile browser to access the Photobook website and place your order. Please refer to the guide below to get started:

Important: If you have not signed up for a Photobook account, please ensure you create one before starting a new project. If you already have an account, log in before proceeding with the steps below.

1. In your mobile browser, go to your local Photobook website (Eg. www.photobook.com.my) and choose your desired product. In the illustration below, we will be showing a sample of ordering a copy of Small Square 6" x 6" Softcover Photobook. Click on the main menu on the top left and choose the right product category --> Photobooks



2. Choose the product type --> Softcover



3. Click CREATE NOW



4. Select either a blank template or any free ready book templates to start your project (In this example, we will be choosing the Mom's Hugs & Kisses free ready book template)



5. Proceed to click on START BOOK



6. Choose your desired book orientation (square, landscape or portrait) and size (small, medium, large) (In this example, we selected Small Square 6"x 6" Softcover)



7. Ensure the cover type chosen is correct



8. Confirm the binding type

9. Check the product details again and total pricing before clicking START BOOK again to start adding in your photos



10. In the project page shown below, you can add in a photo for page 1 by tapping on the grey box 'Tap to add photo' or click on the Photos option at the bottom left.

11. Upon tapping the add photo box, you will be directed to the below page. Click on the first option 'My device' to select photos saved on your phone (Note : You may encounter pop-ups blocked message on top, click Always show)


12. You will also be prompted to choose either to add photos from your Photo Library or to take a new picture from your camera


13. If you choose Facebook, you will be prompted to log in to your Facebook account


14. If you choose Google Photos, you will be prompted to log into your Google account

15. Assuming you choose 'My Device' to add photos that you already have on your phone, click on the selected photo to add them to your page.

16. Your selected photo will now show on page 1 of your book project



17. You may then proceed to add in more photos and insert them throughout all the pages in your project. You can also change the layout of your pages, backgrounds and adding text by clicking on the features below


18. Once you have completed your project, you may proceed to place your order by clicking the Add To Cart button on top.

19. You will then be directed to Photobook shopping cart to place your order. If you have a prepaid voucher or promotional code to redeem, you can enter the code into the box provided in the cart before confirming your order.
