Why are my images uploading so slowly / not uploading in the Online Editor?

This can be due to several factors below:

1) The image file size is above 5mb.

2) There are too many images being uploaded at a point of time

3) The stability of your internet connection.

4) Your image may scanned with 600 DPI and above. (Maximum setting that we print = 300DPI)

We recommend that you upload 5-10 images at a time, and ensure that the “blue progress line” completely disappears before proceeding to exit your project.
