Please check the top-right corner of your project screen, next to the 'Order' button. You should see an upload progress indicator.
If the upload is still in progress, your selected photos have not yet fully uploaded to the server. As a result, the 'Order' button will be unavailable. Please wait for the upload to complete before proceeding with your order.
