Why is my credit card information not being accepted?

If you encounter an error message regarding a credit card failure when attempting to submit an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify Information Accuracy: Double-check that there are no typos or misspellings in your name, street address, city, state, and postal code.

  2. Match Billing Details: Ensure that the billing name (including any middle initials) and address on your credit card statement exactly match the information entered. Please refer to a mailed statement for confirmation.

  3. Re-enter Security Code: Try re-entering your CVV or security code. If your card is saved, consider entering it as a new card.

Please note that each submission may place a temporary hold on the total order amount. These holds will generally be removed within 1-7 business days but can take up to 30 days depending on your issuing bank. For further inquiries, please reach out to your bank.
