Can we copy the files to CD and mail/bring them to your office?

Before sending us your files on a CD, try uploading through the normal online method. If that fails, try the following alternative upload method:

1) Open the Photobook Designer
2) Locate your project
3) Click on the project once just to select it.
4) You will then see options at the bottom of the window, please click on “SEND FILES”.
5) Read and click off on the Disclaimer.
6) A new window will pop up that will give you three options. Click off on “Send Order By Mail”.
7) Save the folder/files to your desktop and right click on the folder called Order_PBxxxxxxxxxx
8) Right-click on the folder and zip/compress it and upload it to the following link: https://wetransfer.com/

(Note: To zip the folder, right-click on the folder and select compressed or zip)

Do note that this can only be done after an order has been placed. If you are still having trouble uploading through both methods, you may save your file(s) that are generated by the steps above, onto a CD or usb/pen-drive and bring it directly to our office.
