I can’t find the “Change Product Type” icon. What should I do?

There could be several factors for this.


1) Your project was created on an older version of the Photobook Designer software.
2) Your project is created based on an older Readybook template.
3) Your Photobook Designer is outdated.
4) This function is only limited to a certain range of Photobooks within the same category. Pro Series and Proof books are not supported.

There is only one troubleshooting method; which is to uninstall the current version of the Photobook Designer software, and download a new copy here (ensure you select the correct shipping country. ) If the button does not show up after the update/reinstallation, you will have to start a new project.



Note: Your past and previous projects will not be affected.
