A short video showing the package and its condition would also be very helpful. Please send these within 30 days of receiving your order.
It would also be great if you could share a few details about the delivery and packaging:
Was the box sealed properly when you received it?
Were there any visible signs of damage on the outer packaging?
Where was the package left upon delivery (outdoor, porch, mailbox, etc.)?
Was the packaging crushed or wet?
Please also let us know about the item itself:
Is the item completely damaged or partially damaged?
Which parts or areas are affected?
Were any other items in the same order affected?
Did you open the package immediately upon delivery?
Was the item stored somewhere unusual (damp, near heat, etc.)?
