To ensure the delivery is successful, we recommend providing a home or business address where the recipient can receive their order without delay. The label on the outside of the package should only state the destination address and the receiver's contact details. We are unable to include any special labels or instructions on the package. Due to DHL restrictions and policy, they cannot send gifts to inmates.
